If you have health related issues either emotional or physical that is beyond Nutritious & Delicious scope in practice, you shall be referred to a licensed Naturopathic Doctor or a Registered Psychologist. Any information sent to us by personal e-mail, phone stays confidential, any comments or replies on Instagram, Facebook or through the website is not confidential and the public can see your comments.

In no event shall Nutritious & Delicious, its referral team, or employee be liable for any loss, cost or damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for harm to business, loss of profits, programs or data, interruption of activities or any other pecuniary or economic loss) whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary, consequential or otherwise arising out of any use or misuse of, or any defects, inaccuracies, errors or omissions in this site without regard to the form of action, even if we have been advised of the possibility of damages or if such damages are reasonably foreseeable.

Nutritious & Delicious is also not liable for anyone who comes into contact with food allergies, reactions or incorrect dosages from the supplements or foods they are recommended to take. All persons taking any supplement either bought online or recommended to buy at the store take full responsibility for interactions, warnings, dosage amounts and do their own research on the products before they take them.

We collect, use and disclose Personal Information about our clients and service providers in order to provide our clients with consulting services but also for the following specific purposes:

  • To manage client relationships, being able to provide customizable meal plan preparation based off client’s needs, wants, allergies, weight, current lifestyle.
  • to establish and maintain relationships with clients including to issue invoices, collect and process payments, and to fulfill contractual obligations;

  • to develop and manage our business and operations;
  • to detect and protect us and other third parties against error, negligence, breach of contract, fraud, theft and other illegal activity, and to audit compliance with our policies and contractual obligations;

From time to time, we may disclose your Personal Information with permission to:

  • Third party referrals that are working with Nutritious & Delicious such as but not limited to (Chiropractors, Massage therapists, Reiki, Acupuncturist, Naturopathic Doctors, Registered Psychologist and Personal Trainers)
  • Any third party or parties, where you consent to such disclosure or where disclosure is required or permitted by law such as a court or lawyer.

Where Do We Store Your Personal Information?


Your Personal Information is stored in my personal computer on a software with a specific key no one else is allowed to use on other computers. You also have a physical file with your name on it secured in my home office locked away in a client filing cabinet.

How May You Obtain Access to Your Personal Information?


Upon your written request, subject to certain exceptions, we will inform you of the existence, use and disclosure of your Personal Information and will give you access to that information.

How Do We Protect Your Personal Information?


To help protect the confidentiality of your Personal Information, we do not share any matters with regards to your history forms or personal information with anyone including a third party without your written or verbal permission. This would include speaking on your behalf to our referral team such as the Naturopathic doctor or registered Psychologist as an example.
